This text won’t be groundbreaking in terms of discovering my life’s philosophy and lifestyle.
I do not have time to be bored. Still, I love my slow weekends. During that time, I am bored, but in a positive sense. We usually get up with my beloved Kamilka at 10 a.m. After feeding our kitty Azorek, we read books, chat, and have coffee and tea for two to four hours. The length of time depends on the season. If it is winter, I leave our home after two hours to do street photography. If daylight lasts longer, I go out later, even after four or five hours of reading, chatting, and chilling. During these happy hours, I usually want to take my camera, go out, and photograph anything I can approach. I love all these activities.
Walking after chilling in the morning with my beloved Kamilka, our cat, and after reading books is one of the most incredible things that could happen to me.
Undoubtedly, happiness is a choice. I found happiness, peace, and harmony in my life’s mundane, simple, but magical moments. Like the time when I captured the first snowfall of the year. These are the moments that remind me that happiness is not about luxuries and fancy stuff, but about appreciating the beauty in everyday life.
Moreover, I do not need even to travel to be happy and create something out of nothing.
I love my home boredom, which is not boredom at all. After coming back from doing street photography, I have time to write and/or schedule another post. I love creating by doing nothing. Why nothing? It is because I believe many people would say that I do nothing by doing all the activities mentioned above. How happy I am that I do not listen to those naysayers and do what my mind and heart tell me. Speaking shortly: my soul suggests that if I do not know what to do, I should take my camera and photograph anything I want.
