I often have a feeling that I do not have enough as much time as I want for my loved ones, my passion, and titled in-house sport. I work in a full-time job. Moreover, I do a lot of activities connected with my hobbies (photography, reading, and running this website). I think it is a tough thing to possess enough time for all these things.
I cannot imagine the day without hugging my lovely girlfriend, Kamila. But, I do not always have much time for her. What is worse, I do not have time to meet my friends. My passion takes me much more time than I thought. Moreover, I have less and less time to swim and to do the sport, in general. Today I want to focus on this issue. The only thing I know is that a lot of people possess similar problems for me. Nevertheless, it does not mean that we should not try to seek solutions for such matters.
So, back to the in-house sport: the first thing which came to my mind is yoga.
I have never been to any yoga classes. Probably someday I will try to do that. The same as my lovely parents who do it regularly! For today, the reason why I did not join any yoga classes is, as I mentioned before, lack of time. What is worse, I said in one of my previous posts that I do a lot of push-ups. Unfortunately, I do not do it anymore because of my shoulder injury. For today, because of health issues, I cannot do the push-ups.
What I try to implement in my daily activities is stretching my muscles.
I think that thanks to the fact that I have been working out regularly for last year, I somehow “feel” which part of muscles I should train during my day-to-day activities. That is why I started to stretch all my muscles. I usually do it on the mat. Sometimes in front of the mirror, to be able to see if I do the stretching correctly, etc. What I want to stress is the fact that I often do it as a break between writing content for this website, developing pictures in Lightroom, or preparing posts. It is the way of how I save my time. I do not have to waste my time to get somewhere (e.g., swimming pool). Thanks for doing in-house sport, I feel that I possess more time for Kamila and my passions.
Do I want to tell you that I already resigned from going to yoga exercises, gym, or swimming pools?
Of course not. What I want to stress is the fact that we can always try to adapt to new circumstances that appear in our lives. We should be flexible somehow and adjust to things that life can bring to us.
