Today I will write about one of the reasons why I want to be the most prolific artist in the world. The key lies in the “injury” word.
I want to be as prolific a photographer as possible because I wish productivity to become my competitive advantage. Or, thanks to Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali, I know that without enormous productivity, we will never become world-famous artists. But there is another reason I want to be a prolific artist. The keyword is injury.
During my lifetime, I’ve already had two injuries in 2011 and 2016. They were connected with damage to the Achilles tendon.
Two injuries forced me to spend time at my house. I had to work as an accountant remotely, without the possibility of walking. Thus, I know there can be periods in one’s life when we cannot make our passion. When I was grounded in my house, I did many things (including reading books). Nevertheless, I remember that I was, in general, upset. I was sad because, physically, I could not walk. Now I know I would work on my blog if something similar happened to me. One of the most favorite activities is writing texts, designing “Diaries,” or developing my pictures in Lightroom, which I made when I was fully healthy. That’s why I want to take as many photos as possible. If I were injured, I would like something to work on.
Do I afraid that I could get a new injury? Yes, of course. It can happen to all of us.
Nevertheless, I want to be prepared for such circumstances. I hope I never have a leg injury again, but we do not know the future. Thus, I believe focusing on creating new pictures is much better. I have to use my health as long as I am healthy. Thanks to that, I hope to become the most prolific photographer in the world.
