Is God an accountant?

September 23, 2020 by Adam Mazek

In one of my previous posts, I already wrote about a similar theme. Nevertheless, the idea of whether God is an accountant still fascinates me a lot.

For me, the first was Beksinski. Indeed, he was the one who had told that a catholic God could be an accountant. As a result, this bookkeeper continually books, counts, analyzes, and settles all humans’ sins. Personally, I work as an accountant. My financial career has been regularly running since 2009. Today, after preparing several Financial Statements for some companies, I wonder what God should do to make Sinful Statements for mortals.

First of all, mortals undoubtedly must have been already dead. Why? The balance of their booth good and bad deeds should be calculated correctly.

Accountant always prepares Financial Statements for a specific period. Thus, human life undoubtedly must be finished to summarize his sins and good deeds accurately. Do God, as a Chief Accountant, make Financial Statements for each human? I doubt. I can imagine that he has an army of angels-accountants prepared the Sinful Statements for him only to sign. Who knows, maybe every human being already possesses a divine-angel-accountant who is preparing to make Sinful Statements? Or, perhaps, this angel continuously observes us from heaven and books, both sinful and benignant “transactions?”

What about Fixed Assets? Do houses, properties, and cars, somehow influence the Sinful Statements?

I doubt that Fixed Assets also influence the Sinful Statements. If someone has many cars and properties, it does not mean that this person will become a saint after death. How could such Sinful Statements look like? Should angels-accountants treat good deeds as income? Moreover, do evil deeds are costs? If there are more good deeds, should a mortal pay kind of heavenly-tax be able to go to paradise? If yes, in which currency? Probably in a divine one.

Does anyone review Sinful Statements? Probably yes. The auditors probably live in purgatory. For the souls who got there, auditors carefully review the Sinful Statements. Their opinion is crucial whether the soul will go to hell or heaven. Did I get insane by writing such a post? Maybe. Nevertheless, I love to fantasize.
