Sometimes, when I have lazy days and am not eager to do street photography, I tell myself: “Just walk.”
The truth is that lazy days do not appear in my life too often. Still, once it occurs, it is a moment when I usually get up off the couch and tell myself: “Just walk.” I drink a cup of water, go to the WC, take a camera, put on the www.adammazek.com t-shirt and comfortable shoes, go out, and do street photography without too much deliberation. I already wrote that too much thinking will complicate your life. After getting out of my home on lazy days, I know that walking will free my body, soul, and mind. Do you know, my Dear Friend, that I always have right in this matter? Walking is a fundamental activity, crucial for our health and well-being.
Our primordial ancestors walked even 14 kilometers daily (8,7 miles) to search for food (edible mushrooms, forest fruits, etc.) or chase prey to eat it.
Walking is a vital activity that strengthens us and helps us grow in muscular and soul terms. It develops our mind and imagination. The truth is that ideas for most of my texts appeared in my head while walking. This post is not an exception. That’s why the entitled “Just walk.” statement stuck to my mind during my lazy days. I have no doubt that I will be walking as long as my health will let me do it.
Moreover, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to walk as often as possible.
Do it for your health and well-being. Unfortunately, some people cannot walk. I wish them all the best, and I hope that broadly understood medicine will help them to let them walk. If you doubt, my Dear Friend, whether to go out and do street photography, tell yourself, “Just walk.”
