It appears that the slogan “Less is more” is proper not only to the photography but also to the broadly defined lifestyle.
I was writing many times that images like minimalism. Generally speaking: the fewer objects appear in the picture frame, the more likely photograph will be excellent. You can find more information about minimalism in photography here and here. Since the 26th of December 2020, I discovered that minimalism is crucial in a totally different part of my life. It is connected with diet. Well, if you read my blog regularly, I have no doubts that you already know what I want to write, my Dear Friend. Yes, the “Less is more” statement appropriately fits the intermittent fasting way of life. To be more precise, the less frequently you eat, the more gains and added value you will feel in your whole body. Ok, so maybe I will write something more about the advantages of intermittent fasting. In one of my previous posts, I wrote that:
Last but not least, please, remember this advice and take it seriously: intermittent fasting is the key to slow down the process of aging. I do intermittent fasting since the 26th of December 2020. I will come back to this theme in the future.
It is not the first time when today is the future, and I return to the thought from the past. Well, I mentioned that when I gave up alcohol, my skin appeared to be younger and refreshed. After one and a half months of using intermittent fasting (I wrote this post on the 13th of February, 2021), a similar event happened once again in my life. Thanks to eating less frequently and, in the end, less amount of food, I feel regenerated and reborn.
My general appearance is much better.
My wrinkles on the face also smoothed out. Is that mean that I change my eating attitude because I wanted to look younger? No. I wanted to do it, to possess much more energy. What’s the secret power of intermittent fasting? I eat only between 7 pm and 12 pm, and I do my best to avoid sugar and processed food. Indeed, less is more, not only in photography but also in the diet and broadly defined lifestyle.
