Today, I will write about my website. This blog is my lifelong project. The last time (to be more precise: since the beginning of April 2018), I decided to publish posts four times per week.
To be more precise, I chose four days: Tuesday and Thursday (both 8:00 am Central European Time), Saturday and Sunday (both 10 am CET). I decided to use these hours, not because I want to increase the number of visitors who visit my website. The better hours to increase traffic would be around 7 pm CET. I decided to regularly publish my blog posts in the morning because it gives me much more joy and fun. Simply. Is that mean that I will be releasing my posts until the end of my life in those hours? I don’t think so. If I see that other times of the day will suit me better, I will switch to those hours.
Only fools do not change their minds and plans during their lifetime.
Nevertheless, I don’t think if I anytime decide to close this website. It is my lifelong project. Even if I choose to switch from photography to another form of art (drawings?), I plan to continue work on this website. Of course, one requirement should be filled: working on the www.adammazek.com website must provide me with fun, relax, and enjoy. I do not expect much from this website. Also, I do not measure the level of happiness and satisfaction with statistics, numbers, or acquired money.
In the times before I started the blog, and before I had made a decision that I will launch my website (~May 2017), I never thought of running such a site. When I thought about it, I asked myself: “But what content I will be published on this kind of website? What would be the purpose of running this kind of blog?”. Now, I reach the level that the more I write, the more things I want to describe. The more things I want to express, the more I have energy and explore Warsaw in my photo walk. Speaking shortly: I possess my lifelong project (adammazek.com), and this project will last until the end of my life.
