Internet website as a form of Art? Why not?
This website is my virtual performance. All blog posts possess my thoughts, deliberations, sparks of imagination. What is more important, I communicate my ideas simultaneously with pictures. All blog posts which appear on this website possess unique photographs made by Adam Mazek since 2015.
Artists during the whole centuries were using adequate for their times’ tools to express their feelings, thoughts, to communicate their message.
Photography is not an exception. Here are some of the examples: camera obscura (this optical phenomenon helped painters in creating their paintings), daguerreotype, calotype (beginnings of the analog photography), digital cameras (my preferred tool to create pictures), smartphones and so on. Is there any reason why I cannot create art by using this website? I am doing this all the time. Practically, for most of the leisure time, I plan what should I add to my webpage. For today, posts with my photographs and texts are the best things that I can do. The funniest thing is that one year ago, I even did not think about running a blog. Again, as I mentioned in my previous posts, I do it because I am having good fun, and I want to inspire other people to do the same.
Creating art possesses healing powers.
I want to inform you about this fact, nations, and societies all over the world. I want to make aware of other people that they can help each other and we do not need extra money to do that. You do not have to possess Maybach to be happy. Traveling around the world is undoubtedly fascinating, but it is not the necessary thing to be satisfied with your life. Another pay rise will make you happy only for a moment. After a few weeks or months, you will want more. It is a never-ending story. I created my own never-ending personal adventure. Making street photos and running this blog is the core of this story. I want to do it until the end of my life because it makes me happy. This blog post, named Mazek Virtual Performance, is just another step in my way.
