Mazovia

The longer I live here, the more time I spend here, the more I am convinced that there is no better place to live than Mazovia.

Apart from short episodes of life outside of Mazovia, I conclude that Mazovia is the perfect place to live. Here is the list of my short episodes of places where I lived, outside Mazovia:

1) I spent the first half-year of my life, unknowingly and unconsciously, in Rudniki, in the Opolskie Voivodeship, in central Poland. Still, a large part of my family lives here, which I greet by the way, and to whom I would like to say thank you for all moments spent together.

2) In 2006, I lived and worked for 4,5 months in the USA, in Martinsburg, West Virginia. I went there as a student in the “Work and Travel” program. I also had the opportunity to visit my family from NYC, which I also greet today.

3) In 2007 I lived and worked in the Netherlands for 2,5 months.

Today’s Warsaw, placed in the heart of Mazovian voivodeship, full of people with passion, with rich cultural offers, and with many opportunities related to work, seems to be really an ideal place to start a family with my beloved Kamilka and to develop a passion.

The capital of Poland is the place where I live the longest. I’ve been living here continuously (except for the abovementioned foreign episodes, and my two Mazovian hometowns) since 2004.

What are my other favorite places in Mazovia?

a) Wolomin near Warsaw, where also lives a considerable part of my beloved family and friends, for whom I will always have a kind word, is very close to my heart. Greetings to all of you!

b) In the north-eastern part of Mazovia, there are situated my two beloved hometowns: Brok and Malkinia Górna. I do not have to mention that I have many wonderful friends from there, whom I also greet. Moreover, I would like to say thank you for all the things you did for me. Without it, I would not be the one who I am. I wrote about these places a little more in my previous posts.

c) On my map of Mazovia, there is a place that will never be indifferent to my heart. The name of the town is Ostrow Mazowiecka. I went to high school. Of course, I also greet all my friends from this city!

What about you, my Dear Friend? Do you love and worship your local and regional homeland?
