I am inspired to write this blog post because a few days ago I saw one of my pictures which I took in 2016.
After seeing it (picture no.1 below), I started to think about how people can complicate their own lives. I noticed that this photo could somehow demonstrate some people’s way of living and thinking. A lot of people unfortunately often do not follow their intuition. The fact is that the more straightforward solutions we have, the higher the possibility that these solutions will be the best. I guess that today a lot of us complicate our lives by overthinking. We are analyzing a lot of information; we take into consideration a lot of data during making some (sometimes critical!) decisions. Stress is strictly connected to such a situation. It often leads us to the dead end.
After reading Seneca, I realized that we all should treat all the problems gratefully.
All dangerous situations which can happen in our lives are a crucial opportunity to grow stronger, to learn and develop.
Simultaneously, I realized that we all should trust our intuition. I am sure that sometimes we should turn off our thinking and make the decisions. If we have problems – do not analyze why you have them but try to solve as soon as possible, without overthinking. We should trust more of our intuition. Stop analyzing, stop thinking, do it! I am sure that in most cases we should do what came first to our thoughts. Do not complicate your life by yourself. Try to ease your mind and life.
