Natural energizer

No, I will not write about favorite energizer drinks. A long time ago, I was drinking a lot of such untasty beverages.

Now I do not want to pour into myself this chemistry anymore. Why? I do not want to get fat once again. For me, one the best and a natural energizer, which can boost the level of energy, is the music. We all possess different moods during our day-to-day routine. Sometimes we want to chill out and hush while unwinding after a hard day. For me, it is the best moment to listen to, for example, Chopin’s or Henryk Wieniawski’s classical music. Or, Dire Straits’ songs and a soundtrack from David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” movie.

On the other hand, often, we need to receive an immediate dose of energy. When I am in such a mood, I love to listen to, for example, Run DMC’s “The Best of” album. The real icing on the cake, in this case, is the song “King of Rock.” It gives power and willingness to start doing a lot of things. When we possess such natural energizer, we can do sports or create art.

Other good examples for me of how music can boost our energy are classic albums. Which albums do I mean? For instance: Metallica’s “The Black Album” and Iron Maiden’s “The number of the beast.” Or Michael Jackson’s, Madonna’s, The Fugees’ or The Rolling Stones’ best albums.

I love to listen to these albums also in my car, especially on my way somewhere out of Warsaw. I like to enjoy this kind of energetic music while on the highway, where I can speed up a little bit in my car. On the other hand, when I stuck in a traffic jam, this kind of music could bring too much aggression to me. In this case, I love to listen and sing David Bowie’s, Bob Dylan’s, The Doors’ or Genesis’ albums. Hmm, sometimes I wonder if I have a broad scope of music’s interests.

Ok, I finished this writing. Let the music play and let it inspire you for your creative process. For me, music is an undisputed energizer, and a source of neverending inspirations.
