Last time I read that there is a place on Earth where there is no sign of life.
Probably most of us know that there are life forms, deep in the ocean, under the level of its surface. Even the most outermost abyss of the Pacific and Arctic Oceans have primitive and primordial microbes, bacterias, etc. So is there a place on Earth’s surface where is no sign of life? Yes, there is such a place. According to National Geographic researchers, it appeared that there is no sign of life on the highest peaks of Antarctica. There are not even any bacterias there. National Geographic scientists compared the surface of snowy and icy caps of these mountains to the barren and idle planet Mars’ surface. In Poland, if someone has enough of everything and is being too tired, people tend to say:
I want to give up everything and escape into Bieszczady Mountains.
Usually, the person who speaks this sentence has enough, among other things, other people. Bieszczady Mountains are one of Poland’s most isolated and secluded regions, where you can find many wild animals (including bears) and peace, calmness, quietness, and harmony. If you still haven’t been to Bieszczady Mountains, my Dear Friend, I genuinely advise you to go there and find your inner balance in yourself. There is a possibility that you won’t meet other people while walking in Bieszczady Mountains.
Thus, you do not have to find any sign of life in Antarctica’s mountains to feel relaxed and chilled. While writing all these things, I started to think about mountains in Antarctica because it was the 6th day in a row when it was hot in the city. I wrote this post on the 22nd of June, 2021. My other thought was that Earth without a sign of life would be a genuinely nightmarish place to live.
