Painful experience.

In today’s post, I want to write about a painful experience.

I won’t write about the painful experience I described in one of my sets of pictures entitled “Farewell.” Today (I wrote this text on the 5th of November, 2022), I want to stress that walking in frigid temperatures is an activity that can bring pain. Moreover, even taking cold showers can be a painful affair. I remember that I had already written a text entitled “Cold Hurts.” I write the current text without no reading the post from the past. Still, I know that fingertips and ears can mostly hurt while walking in frigid summer clothes. During the Autumn and Winter (2022/2023) seasons, I will try to walk in cold temperatures without a winter cap and gloves. For today, I still have not put them on myself.

The lowest temperature when I was walking without a winter cap and gloves was +3 degrees Celsius (37,4 degrees Fahrenheit).

The truth is that sometimes, after taking a cold shower in the morning, I felt worse pain than walking at +3 degrees Celsius. I believe the pain from coldness is a good, healthy pain. This ache can help me better understand myself and develop my mind, body, and soul. I cannot wait to do street photography in freezing temperatures, wearing summer clothes (including the www.adammazek.com t-shirt) without a winter cap and gloves. I wonder if walking in the clothes mentioned above, for example, at -5 degrees Celsius (23 degrees Fahrenheit) for two hours, is possible. Still, I know I will try to do it. I believe it’s a matter of adequately programming one’s mind to do it. How do I try to program my mind? I train it with cold showers. It is painful training, but I feel the effort is worth it.
