Patience

Patience will be rewarded. Sooner or later, we can expect that our willingness to endurance, no matter what we do regarding our passion, will be prized.

I already see the first signs of my patience and consistency are rewarded. It is the appreciation of my artistic effort by the people who helped me by showing my pictures in the photography exhibition. Moreover, my current employer decided to show my graduation work, consisting of ten images, on the walls in our office. I will present this work here on my website in the future. All these happenings are proof for me that patience is the crucial thing regarding our passion.

At this point, I would like to thank all the people who helped me in achieving all the achievements mentioned above.

The fact is that I know that I should be patient regarding all my doings. Sometimes I dream of seeing the splendor and applause of the fans gathered at my exhibition in New York City. But, to be honest, it is not the aim of my photo journey. Nevertheless, I believe that whatever we do regarding our passion, we should stay calm, keep doing what we are doing, and remain consistent. I have been regularly doing photos on the streets of Warsaw since October 2015. Moreover, since September 2017, I added to my daily routine managing this website.

Another activity which helped me much with doing all these things is reading the books.

I started to read regularly, and mark quotations in all my books since 2011. All these activities possess one common factor: patience and consistency. I want to grow up with my passion the same as grows the tree: slowly and calmly. I believe that we should also be authentic in what we do. Authenticity, persistence, and patience – I think that these three things are critical regarding succeeding not only as an artist but in general, in our passion. Persistence is probably the hardest to achieve. I already mentioned it in my previous posts that continual dropping wears away a stone. Let us focus on our long-term aim. Then, step-by-step, day by day, we should do what we want to do regarding our passion.
