I have already written that I do believe in youth. One of Pearl Jam’s music videos reminded me about this.
Every time I see great music videos and performances on YouTube by bands like The B-52’s (“Rock Lobster”), The Sugarcubes (“Birthday” and “Cat”) or Depeche Mode (“People Are People”), I am glad that young people can create such beautiful things. Some time ago, YouTube suggested another exciting clip. It was a 1992 live performance by Pearl Jam. Search, my Dear Friend, on YouTube the following phrase: “Pearl Jam- “Alive” w/false starts on Countdown 1992″).
It’s not the first time I have seen a young vocalist singing a fantastic tune.
The truth is that, for me, observing young Eddie Vedder performing on the stage is a tremendous experience. It was a moment when I rediscovered once again in my life that youth, no matter in what times it exists, is simply outstanding! Does this mean that I am sad that I am growing and getting old? No, it is quite the opposite. I have the impression that along with the progressive aging process, my life wisdom is maturing, a part of which can certainly be experienced at www.adammazek.com. I already wrote that I want to be like wine. What does it mean? It means that the older I get, the “better” (e.g., more intelligent, innovative, and fitter) I become. I hope that my aging process won’t be a step back in my development but a step forward.
Moreover, I hope that walking and taking pictures, intermittent fasting, avoiding drinking alcohol, eating sugar and processed food, taking cold showers will help me maintain health and a good shape.
And what about the entitled Pearl Jam band? Well, of course, within years, I knew one of their greatest songs, named “Jeremy.” Still, I hope that the live performance of their song, called “Alive,” will be a new chapter of my romance with the American band.
