Photographic style.

I believe that it is worth to possess your own unique photographic style. Why?

Thanks to that, your works of art will become more visible. Thanks to having a unique photographic style, you will stand out from the crowd as a photographer and artist. How to find and reach your own artistic voice? Undoubtedly, there are many ways to do it. How I found my personal photographic voice? By asking myself questions and by reducing many things that do not match my philosophy. I remember that I asked myself whether I want to display images as black and white photographs or as images full of colors. After a short analysis, I decided to present my pictures as black and white works.

Why do I not show my photographs in a full range of colors?

Because consistency is critical regarding your photographic style. If you want to stand out from the crowd, start to present your images invariably. Thanks to that, sooner or later, your pictures can become recognizable. Of course, choosing colors is only the basics of many questions that you’re ahead for. The next one can, for example, which type of photographs you desire. Do you prefer to take pictures of weddings, business pictures, or maybe, landscape photography? Without a doubt, you can shoot all types of photography.

Nevertheless, I believe that it is often worth focusing on one or two kinds of photography to stand out from the crowd and become the best of the best in this particular artistry type.

I chose street photography as an artistic niche. Moreover, I recommend you, my Dear Friend, to always add your inner, artistic voice to the photograph. There are many options to do it (e.g., adding more contrast to the pictures or shoot odd things, like me, e.g., in “Death, part I” work of art).
If you still do not know which way to choose to make your personal photographic style, start asking yourself what you do NOT want to do in your artistic journey. In this way, your inner voice will become more precise, brighter, readable, and recognizable to other people sooner or later.
