Today I will write about the fact that I appreciate the possibility of walking and the joy of doing this. Why? Because I had problems twice in my life with walking.
The first leg injury happened in 2011. The wound was connected with damage to the Achilles tendon. It occurred while I returned to playing football, after years of break. Once I got the injury, I had a big problem walking and moving from point A) to point B) for ~3 months. Five years later, I received a similar injury in the same leg. This time I could not walk for ~2,5 months. In this post, I want to stress that walking is merely outstanding. Indeed, it is the essence of the joy of life. I sincerely sympathize with people who cannot walk. Having a bit of a problem myself, I know that being unable to walk is really sad. Like with many other things, we appreciated something once we lost it.
By summarizing the months mentioned earlier, I can say that I could not correctly walk for almost one half of the year.
It was enough time for me to realize that walking, moving, and running are among the most underrated activities. I want to be active until the end of my life. Or, I want to be fit, agile, and sport until my health will not collapse. Once I realized that I could mix my passions, taking photos and wandering through the streets of Poland’s capital, I immediately receive a new stimulus to develop my hobbies. Today, thanks to the possibility of walking, not only the muscles of my legs got more prominent. I also developed my photographic skills, thanks to frequent, regular walkings since October 2015. Ok, I finish writing. It is time to stand up and take a photo walk. The fact is that I want to do this until I have the possibility of walking.
