In one of my previous posts, I already mentioned that I had time in June 2018, when I did not have much time for my passions. I had limited time to go out and take photos. Also, I had little time to write blog posts.
What is worse, I did not have time to read. The queue with books waiting to read was proliferating. The fact is that I quite often buy books. But, when I do not have much time to consume new books, I see the senselessness of purchasing new copies. When the queue with all my positions to read is only enlarging, and the frustration that I do not learn new things by reading is only increasing.
I already wrote in my previous posts that why we should read. Also, I explained why it is good to invest in books.
In many books, we can find hidden wisdom, which the author wants to pass along to posterity — the same thing I have with my blog. I want to leave behind most of my thoughts and photographs. How? By saving them in cyberspace. Here, on this website. I hope that my artworks will last as long as possible in the memory of posterity.
Back to the central theme. During May and June 2018, I had four weekends in a row when I had to go to my photography school. Please, remember that I work as an accountant. During spring 2018, I could not sacrifice a little bit of my time and energy to reading. After graduating and having more free-time weekends, I plan to catch up with all my reading backlog. I plan to sink once again in the world of words and wisdom. What I want to do is to reduce the queue with books-to-read. There is no better time to read than now.
