Rucking.

I started rucking two days ago (I wrote this text on the 20th of August, 2024). What does it precisely mean?

This means that since the 18th of August, 2024, I have been walking with an additional burden in my rucksack. What is the weight of this extra load? I put 10 kg (22 lbs) of iron plates in my rucksack. For today, I made two photo-walkings. While doing them, I made 10k and 11k steps. Was I tired at the end of my walkings? Yes, I was fatigued tremendously. My adammazek.com t-shirts were soaked. But you know what? It’s these challenges that push us to grow. Do I plan to continue my journey with rucking? Yes, I plan to do it. Still, I am slightly afraid of this exercise and the fatigue. Still, I know I can build my upper and lower muscles while strolling and doing street photography, thanks to rucking. For me, there is no better combination of things I can do.

Do I have additional concerns regarding rucking? Yes. I do not know if I should invent money in a new rucksack.

I hope my rucksack won’t rip too quickly, as it never carried such weight. But I’m hopeful that it will hold up. Do I have some expectations regarding rucking? As far as I watched various movies on YouTube about this tremendous exercise, I should improve my stamina and endurance. Knowing that my muscles still hurt a little bit after two photo walkings with a rucksack loaded with 10 kg iron plates and remembering how wet my t-shirts were after these walkings, I think these YouTube channels were proper. I hope also to improve my musculature, with my back and legs at the forefront. It is too early for me to recommend this exercise to you, my Dear Friend. Or, if you walk with the rucksack, you can start with little weights (e.g., an additional 2 kg [4.4 lbs] of burden).
