On the 29th of April, 2024, I spontaneously decided to prolong my fasting hours. During my sixty-two-hour period of not eating, I didn’t eat anything between the 29th of April (10 p.m.) and the 2nd of May, 2024.
I wrote this text on the 2nd of May. I love such spontaneous decisions. How did I feel during the title period? I felt great. The longer I do intermittent fasting (I started doing it in Christmas 2020), the more I feel the human body’s natural state is to have an empty stomach, not filled. Encouraging people to eat every three hours is like giving them a guarantee they will be suffering, ill, and sooner, closer to death. Undoubtedly, it is mass consumerism driven by capitalism that advertises the way of living full of candies, soda, processed food, alcohol, and medicines (after all, we need healthy people so that they will be able to work and spend their earned money).
Am I an antiglobalist or anarchist? No.
For me, anarchy is a straight way to chaos. I am a fan of independent thinking and am resistant to ads. Do not drink alcohol, my Dear Friend. Do not take drugs. Also, avoid not only alcohol but high-sugar food, highly processed food, and soda, and avoid eating breakfast and dinner (or dinner and supper). One meal a day (the so-called OMAD – “One Meal A Day”) is enough for an adult to keep you healthy.
Focus on eating meat, eggs, vegetables, cheese, and nuts.
Believe me, you do not need carbohydrates to live. Or, the ones in vegetables and nuts will be enough for you. Avoid bread, pasta, and pizza. Eat only meat and vegetables from fast foods, e.g., burgers. If you do not believe me, you better read Dr Jason Fung’s book about intermittent fasting and try not to eat for sixty-two hours. You will see you do not need too much food to feel powerful.
