For me, skipping meals is another name of intermittent fasting.
I wrote this post on the 11th of July, 2021. It was a day when the final game of Euro 2020/2021 would take place between England and Italy. As usual, I did not eat anything since the beginning of the day. I have been continually skipping meals since Christmas 2020. I do not eat both breakfast and dinner. What I eat is a quasi mode of supper. Indeed, sometimes I eat only the so-called OMAD – One Meal A Day.
Do I starve during a day?
Of course not! If you are in doubt, my Dear Friend, whether to start skipping meals, I want you to know that you won’t feel hungry during the day. Still, if you feel hungry during intermittent fasting, you can always drink the broth. The truth is that the only available drinks to consume during skipping meals are: water, coffee, tea, and broth. I feel magnificent while not eating meals.
Are you insane? Are you a diabetologist? Everyone would say that skipping meals will ruin your health!
Undoubtedly, you could tell me, my Dear Friend. You would be partially correct. In the case of intermittent fasting, do not trust me. Better trust Jason Fung, MD, and his book named “The Complete Guide To Fasting.” I take knowledge from this book. I want only to encourage you that you will not only lose unnecessary fat and weight. By skipping meals and drinking a lot of water, you will feel refreshed. Your performance, e.g., in your work, will rise. I also possess much more energy, and I have become an even more prolific photographer and writer.
Last but not least, your physical appearance will be better. The truth is that I look younger than before! It was not the aim of starting intermittent fasting, but the truth is that it happened. Skip meals, my Dear Friend, and you will also decrease the probability of getting civilization diseases. Live as long as possible. I wish you it from the bottom of my heart.
