I wrote this text on the 29th of July, 2022. It was a day when I was last time in my office work in Szeligi. I had to say to myself, „Something ends, something begins.”
In general, I try to avoid here, on the www.adammazek.com blog, describing issues with my professional career in broadly understood finance. As far as I remember, I wrote in the first published text (entitled „Adam Mazek’s Photographs,” published on the 3rd of September, 2017) that I want to find on my blog an inner and peaceful place where I can write my thoughts and about art, culture, or philosophy. From the beginning, I wanted my blog to become a stepping stone in my professional and office career. Still, it does not mean that my professional career does not affect all my creative doings and that I cannot sometimes mention it. As I wrote, one job ends, and another (the one in the Bielany district) begins.
I am happy not because I leave my great colleagues from my current job but because I can develop my professional skills to the highest level (I will become a Financial Manager).
Does that mean this text is the last one, and I will end blogging? Of course not. I wrote many times that I plan to manage this site until my death (or until my health will let me do it), regardless of my personal and professional circumstances. I believe in myself. Thus, I believe that I will be able to do street photography, write new texts, prepare subsequent „Diaries’” editions, and manage this blog till the very end of my existence. I genuinely liked my job in Szeligi and the atmosphere that was there. Still, sometimes we have to make hard decisions and take a risk. I am thirty-seven years old. I believe it is a great age to start managing people and taking responsibility for the company’s finances. What motto will I have in my new job position? It is:
What goes around comes around.
