There are thirty-eight million stories in Poland to be told. Mine, described on the www.adammazek.com website, is one of them.
I suppose that most people love stories. We all know that stories can be funny, tragic, unbelievable, comic, violent, sad, and so on. I believe that every single human tale is worth telling. Even if nothing happens in one’s life, there are still many curious things around us, 24 hours a day. That’s why I run my blog. That’s why I write texts. I want to leave a trace of my existence for posterity. Even if my life seems not as intriguing as, e.g., Frida Kahlo’s or Michael Jackson’s existences, I do not doubt that it is always worth leaving written thoughts for future generations.
For me, a little bit sad fact is that most humans who ever stomped on this planet never leave written thoughts.
The truth is that I decided to do it because I knew that no one would do it for me. I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to start writing and blogging. I have no doubts that you also have many exciting stories to tell. Start writing them. Then, publish your writings on your own website. Life is too short to postpone these creative activities until you retire from your regular job. Undoubtedly, writing personal stories is one of the best ways of expressing oneself. The truth is that, in general, nothing happens in my life. Still, paradoxically, I feel that my life is fabulous and worth describing.
Moreover, I still haven’t written anything profound, and I must practice my writing to become a master of writing. I dream that my papers will become a classic of modern, virtual literature. Perhaps, one hundred years after my death, Taschen publishing house will publish their edition of my works, entitled “Mazek – Stories.”
