I decided to write another text about street photography to increase my chances of finding my site when a user types the “street photography” phase in Google.
Will I increase the number of visitors to my blog? Only the future knows the answer. Did I mention on the www.adammazek.com website that I love walking and taking pictures on Warsaw’s streets? I wrote about this issue hundreds of times. I have regularly done photography in Warsaw since October 2015. Today (I wrote this text on the 7th of April, 2023) was not an exception. I was strolling on the streets of the capital of Poland, and not for the first in my life, while doing street photography, endorphins were buzzing in my blood.
What is my method of doing street photography?
I would name it a contemplative one. I walk, contemplate, and analyze many things. Or, contrary. I just only walk without thinking. Undoubtedly, it is a moment when the artist is present, here and now. Suitable frames to shoot spontaneously appear before my eyes during all my photo walks. While walking, I do not seek good views to photograph them. They simply are.
Moreover, these views are waiting to be photographed.
Undoubtedly, as a street photographer, it is my duty to picture them and leave them for posterity. I fuel my desire to take pictures on Warsaw’s streets thanks to, among other things, reading books. The case with reading and shooting pictures is the same: the more I do it, the more I want to do it. It is early spring in Poland. How happy I am that there are months of doing photography ahead of me. I hope to have a similar next 60 springs in my lifetime. I am 38 years old, and I feel my life begins today. Indeed, every time I wake up, I feel similar feelings.
