Today, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to stress your body, mind, and soul, but only in a controlled way.
How? Through working out, doing intermittent fasting, and exposure to the cold. I wrote many posts about all these themes here on the www.adammazek.com website. Still, today I want to emphasize that stressing your body, mind, and soul, in the long term, will provide us many benefits regarding our health and well-being. I think that many scientists would agree with me with this statement. While working out, you stress your body and muscles by providing them with microtrauma. Then, while sleeping, your body regenerates. It is a time when muscles are „rebuilding.” We all hear that regular eating is crucial to our health. I must state that it is merely not true. We do not have to eat breakfast, dinner, or even supper.
We won’t starve when we omit a meal.
I have no doubts that recommendations to eat regularly appeared due to economic premises. Humans organisms are not used to eating frequently. The increase in the range of civilization diseases within the last decades proves what I am writing about. Still, if you have doubts, my Dear Friend, better read Dr. Jason Fung’s book entitled „The Complete Guide to Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting.”
Undoubtedly, exposing the body to coldness is another factor that stresses our body, mind, and soul. For many other people and me, this activity is addictive. It stimulates the human immune system. There are many advantages of stressing our body, mind, and soul with coldness. Enough writing for today. I know that I repeat myself in many themes. Still, if I know it is something crucial for me and can be fundamental for other people, I believe it is worth telling it much more than once.
