It was Sunday, the 28th of May 2017.
I had been spending 2,5 days in a row in my home. That was because of a few years ago, at the beginning of 2015, I had real trouble with my back. I had pretty shitty back pain because I was spending too much time sitting in a non-ergonomic position at my office desk. Since then, I have recurrent back pain. In May 2017, the pain came back to me. Working in the office can affect much of your health. Not only in a physical way (like a problem with my back) but also can cause some mental disorder I would say. The pace of work in corporations nowadays can be exhausting, stressful, and time-consuming.
That is why I created this blog. That is why I take photos on the streets of Warsaw. Taking pictures outdoor is one of the essential kinds of relaxation I ever had. If you feel depressed, stressed, terribly tired, or if you think that real routine appeared in your life – make some photographs! Get out of your house, take a walk, take a deep breath of fresh air, look around your neighborhood, and shoot. If you do not have a camera with you or if you are not enough satisfied with your photos, if you do not know settings in your camera – do not think about it, ignore it. Do photographs firstly in your brain, in your mind, in your imagination. The rest will follow naturally. Believe me. Shoot it!
