The average temperature on Earth is 14,6 degrees Celsius (58,28 degrees Fahrenheit).
Why do I write about this fact? Because since I walk in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt in lower temperatures, I feel that strolling even in lower temperatures than the average temperature on Earth is very comfortable for me. For today (I wrote this post on the 31st of October, 2021), my record of wandering in an only t-shirt is 2 degrees Celsius (35,6 degrees Fahrenheit). I am delighted that walking in the average Earth temperature wearing only a t-shirt is not a problem for me. Contrary to earlier years, when I had to wear a hoodie during such a temperature. Even strong and cold wind does not prevent me from doing this crazy thing.
Now I started to wonder if I was crazy or perhaps other people who wear winter clothes at 14,6 degrees Celsius outside.
Yes, I saw such people many times on Warsaw’s streets. By taking freezing cold showers and walking in low temperatures, I harden my body for health. I hope to live as much as possible with the best possible good health. That’s why I do all these things. Coldness provides health, but only if you do it properly. How to start your journey with a coldness? I recommend finishing showers with lukewarm water. Within time you should increase the time of pouring chilling water on you.
Moreover, you should, step by step, decrease the water’s temperature.
By doing it, you should feel with coldness more and more comfortable. That’s how the average temperature on Earth will become to you a hot temperature. I cannot wait for freezing temperatures outside to wander in a t-shirt only. By writing “wearing a t-shirt only,” I want to stress that I also wear: warm autumn boots, jeans, gloves, and a winter cap. Perhaps I will be wearing only a t-shirt and shorts in the future, but I think it will happen in a relatively distant prospect.
