Sometimes I wonder whether I am the doer or the thinker regarding my artistic passion.
After seconds of thinking, I realize that I am both the doer and the thinker in one person. Why? Because I often think and contemplate many issues while walking and doing street photography. I already wrote many times here, on the www.adammazek.com website, that managing my blog and taking pictures on Warsaw’s streets is my lifelong project. I have no doubts that I will be doing all these things until my health will let me do it. Still, how do I know I will possess enough inspiration to do all these things? It is because, undoubtedly, I am the doer and the thinker in one person.
The truth is that while I am walking and doing street photography, many ideas and incentives come to my mind.
I see all these activities as a Perpetuum mobile. I cannot imagine that one day I will get up and tell myself that I will stop walking and contemplating. When I return home after street photography, I write down all my thoughts on virtual paper on my laptop. While doing it, while I am adding a subsequent post to my blog, I feel inspired to walk again. I want to do it right here and now because I merely see that I do some crazy and good things. Every day I want more. I cannot imagine life without walking and contemplating life. That’s why I am both the doer and the thinker. I do (street photography) and think (by reflecting on life and writing down my ideas).
I wish you, my Dear Friend, not to possess a similar passion as mine. What I wish you is to have a hobby that will absorb you on an equivalent level as photography fascinates me.
