The more I read my texts from the past, the more I see the flow of my mind.
I wrote this text on the 11th of June, 2025. It was the first day of my two weeks of annual leave. On that day, I read some of my previous posts. I wrote there, among others, about broadly defined art, the vacation of the prior year (together with my beloved Kamilka, we were in the Estonian Parnu town), and intermittent fasting (to be more precise, about eating eggs). The more texts I write, the more photos I take on Warsaw’s streets, the longer all these things last, and the more I see and feel not only the flow of my mind and how it has been changing throughout the years, but I also see time contemplation.
I wrote many times that my passion for writing and photographing mundane objects is a meditative way of living.
Often, while reading my texts from the past, I suddenly recall many things that happened or occurred and which inspired me to write this particular text. It is cliché, but I want to stress I love my life, and blogging helped me become much more mindful than I was earlier. Also, the flow of my mind is related to the flow of my legs. Undoubtedly, walking (and rucking) helped me in developing my mind. I believe there are some scientific proofs for it.
Still, I simply feel it.
The stronger legs, back, biceps, and shoulders I have, the more efficient I become in solving complicated puzzles and the more efficient I work in my office job. I wrote this text with a kind of fresh flow in my mind. After all, long sleep is critical for the working of not only our minds but also our whole bodies. Long sleep is a crucial component of mindfulness and personal development, as it allows our bodies and minds to rest and rejuvenate, preparing us for the challenges of the next day.
