Between the 2nd and 5th of January 2023, I had the fourth experiment regarding eating and fasting.
What kind of experimentation was it this time? Speaking shortly: I did not eat for 90 hours. My last meal was before 12 p.m. on the 1st of January, 2023. The next meal I ate was at 6 p.m., the 5th of January, 2023. How did I feel while fasting? I felt great. I would say even better than during days when I eat regularly, between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. (I have been doing this intermittent fasting method since Christmas 2020). What was I drinking? During my 90 hours of fasting, I only drank water (in my office work, even 4,5 liters per day!), coffee, and broth. When I ate after this period of fasting (I ate pistachios), I had to take a nap after eating. It is one of the reasons why I plan to do extended fasting periods more frequently. I have much more energy.
Moreover, my thoughts are brighter, more precise, and more apparent. I sleep better.
I look younger, and my eyes seem to be bigger. Less fat in my body means my muscles are more exposed. I feel reborn while fasting. Undoubtedly, human bodies are not used to eating frequently. All civilization’s diseases are connected with improper eating. People in the broadly defined Western world eat too frequently. They hurt themselves. I would not be able to write a text daily for one year and a half without giving myself a break in eating. Once we add exposing the body to cold, we can get a great mix of life-bio-hacks that can improve the lives of all of us. Ok, I will finish writing about the fourth experiment. I will go to sleep now. I got tired, and I must take a rest. After all, I am only a human, not a demigod.
