The Little Prince

– Hi Little Prince, will you take me for a ride?

My dream is to see Earth from space, to hear fabulous stories about humankind, about our civilization and heritage. I want to hear and see all the great things which were created by humans! Prince, help me!

– Sure, John. Fasten your seatbelt, and I will take you for a ride!

– Thanks, princeling. So where do we start?

– As usual: ancient Egypt and China. Do you see these sandy monuments? These are the Pyramids. And this large formation? It is the Chinese Wall – the only visible human-made building which we can see from the Space.

– Awesome! How did we build that?

– Simple: thanks to slavery.

– Oh, I hope you will tell me more about it shortly. And what’s this? Is that a…

– Yeap, it is a painting. Leonardo da Vinci painted it. It is the famous “Mona Lisa, ” and next to it, it is Picasso’s artwork: “Guernica.” These are some of the most valuable and admired works of art created by humans ever. They are priceless.

– These images are eye-catching, but I do not know what makes them so unique. WOW! Prince! What is this? I have never seen such a beautiful, magical, warm, majestic thing. It’s a much more breathtaking view than those previous shitty paintings. Explain to me more! Right now!

– It is the atomic cloud. Don’t you think it looks like a mushroom? It is one of the most destructive and fearful weapons ever made by humans. It can kill thousands of people within seconds.

– Nevertheless, it looks charming. Oh… Prince! Where are we going? It is not the Earth!

– Shut up, dummy. It is the moon. Do you see those funny-looking guys? They are making one small step and at the same time, one giant leap for humankind. They just already landed on the moon. It already belongs to humanity.

– Ahh, princeling! Come down to earth. All these discoveries and achievements are not even a fart for our solar system, not to mention our galaxy and the whole universe.
