I know I have already written about this phenomenon. Still, if something is worth repeating, I just do it.
I wrote this text on the 29th of April, 2022. It was a day when I took a cold shower in the early morning (at 6.20 a.m.). During the night, I slept only 5 hours and 30 minutes. Undoubtedly, I could sleep longer. While taking a freezing shower, I noticed one thing. I could not do it as long as during days when I slept longer. That’s why, undoubtedly, the longer I sleep, the longer the cold shower I take. For example, during weekends, when I sometimes sleep from ten to twelve hours, I noticed that I can break my records by taking freezing showers regarding duration. For example, I can freeze my head 7 to 8 times with the coldest water. I freeze my head 5 to 6 times when I sleep for a shorter period.
Moreover, I noticed that I do it shorter.
In today’s post, I want to stress that you should take cold showers daily, my Dear Friend. Still, to benefit as much as possible from them, I recommend taking them in the morning, after a long sleep. You will notice that you can break your personal record by exposing your body to cold water. Still, even if you did not sleep too much and even if it is evening, take a cold shower. Do it for yourself. That is for your health and well-being. I have no doubts that exposing my body to cold has become an inseparable part of my life. I plan to do it until I die. Undoubtedly, the correct amount of sleep should also help in remaining healthy. I am not proud of myself that I usually sleep six hours. I think I should do it a little bit longer.
