For me, the most underrated artists are, i.e., painters of something that men have never seen.
Which artists can I specify in my text? Last time I thought that the most underrated artists were people who painted dinosaurs. I would focus mainly on 19th-century artists. Based on the residual fossils of former inhabitants of our planet, the artists had to launch their remarkable imagination to display dinosaurs. Taschen’s book entitled “Paleoart” has provided me with many incredible images of dinosaurs from previous centuries. This book shows us how infinitely and unimaginably beautiful human visions can be. The fact is that I was interested in dinosaurs as a small child. My beloved parents bought me a lot of dinosaurs-toys.
What’s more, they also bought children’s magazines about dinosaurs.
I remember reading and reviewing each edition with great childish curiosity. The Taschen publishing house reminded me of underrated artists. These artists created beautiful images that aroused the imagination of people around the world. Have these creators been and are the most underrated creators in this world? Probably yes. Perhaps there is also another group of such artists. Nevertheless, for today, paleoartists seem to be the group about which other people do not talk as much, as they could.
There is another thought that the “Paleoart” book provided to my mind.
We often hear that people have already photographed everything possible to shoot. Unfortunately, but no man was allowed to take the photo of the dinosaur. It seems tempting to believe that somewhere, e.g., in the Congolese or Amazon jungle, there are still lost species from millions of years ago. Again, such a vision seems to be only a pipe dream. Do I recommend to read and analyze the Taschen book about dinosaurs? Yes, I do. I recommend examining this wart through the fact that probably the most underrated painters made pictures presented there.
