The older I am, the better I feel.
I wrote this text on the 7th of August, 2022, at 37 years old. When I woke up, I realized that the older I was, the better I felt. It is not only the case that I sleep better today. I did not know that the quality of my sleep was poor when I was drinking alcohol and eating all day, including sweets. I realized it when I started doing intermittent fasting. The next step in the right direction was beginning to expose my body to cold, including taking cold showers. Undoubtedly, I feel that my mind works on a higher level. I think more efficiently, not only during writing posts for my blog but also during my office work. My memory works better than before.
I would say that when I was young, I was stupid.
It does not mean that today I am the most intelligent person worldwide. I am merely more imaginative and competent. I hope that this state of mind will last as long as possible. The older I am, the more willing to live I have. It does not mean that I did not have it before. I had it all the time. Still, today, the level only increases. My weight has been proper and stable for more than one year. Intermittent fasting and cold showers appeared to me as something long-expected. The quality of my well-being improved.
In today’s post, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to try doing these things. Perhaps, they will help you. Thanks to doing all these things, the quality of your existence may improve. I take one cold shower a day. The longer the time and the cooler the water, the better. I eat my first meal minimum at 7 p.m. Frequently, I start eating even later. Try it, my Dear Friend, to improve the quality of your life.
