It was the 24th of June, 2021. Yesterday the Polish football players lost their last game at the EURO 2020/2021 tournament.
Is that mean that I want to lament here, on the www.adammazek.com website, on the Polish football players? No, I do not want to do that. Yesterday I wrote that I’m only human. Without a doubt, the Polish footballers are also only human. Even Robert Lewandowski, alongside Kazimierz Deyna and Zbigniew Boniek, one of the best Polish football players of all time, is only a human. The Polish football players were trying to do their best (perhaps except their first game in the tournament against Slovakia). Still, they do not have the proper abilities to be named that they are one of the best teams in Europe. They lost against Slovakia and Sweden and drew with one of the best football teams, Spain.
In today’s post, I must state that enormous success should be considered qualifying into the final competition for Poles.
I have doubts whether we will manage to qualify for the World Cup tournament that will take place in Qatar in 2022. I believe in the Polish football players, and I hope they will do that, but I won’t blame them if they don’t manage to do that. They are people with all advantages and disadvantages we all have. Moreover, football is only a sport. There always will be players who are winning and those who are losing. I hope to see all young football players from Polland fight for a win and engage in the match. The worst thing is watching them, as they would play without commitment.
Ok, I am finishing writing. I must prepare for tomorrow’s office job and then for my vacation (with my beloved Kamilka and our kitty named Azorek) in Riga. The truth is that I believe in myself and that I have no doubts that I will come back from Riga with superb street photographs. These photographs, sooner or later, I will present here on my blog.
