On the one hand, I believe in the power of my mind.
I am confident that I will write hundreds of inspiring texts throughout my life. Thanks to exposing my body to cold and intermittent dry fasting, I believe that I have upgraded my mind. It works more efficiently not only in my professional job (remember, my Dear Friend, that I work in a broadly defined Accounting area) but also while writing subsequent texts. The truth is that I write each text with the power of my mind, not the power of Artificial Intelligence. I want to continue this process as long as possible, that is, as long as my mind works powerfully.
Still, on the other hand, I know my mind has many limitations.
For example, my mind will never understand all the processes governing the Universe. It is not the case that only my mind has its limitations; it relates to all people. We will never know the answers to fundamental questions, e.g., whether a God exists or something like life after death exists. My intelligence tells me there is no God, and after death, one disappears forever. Still, a similar power of my mind, connected with the soul (whatever the soul is), tells me to believe that there is something divine and eternal in this world. I suppose this text won’t be groundbreaking. I won’t provide answers to fundamental questions.
Still, I can tell you, my Dear Friend, how to upgrade the power of your intelligence:
- take cold showers (the longer and the colder the water, the better);
- walk in summer clothes in freezing temperatures (the longer you manage to walk, the better);
- do not eat at least sixteen hours per day (I eat no earlier than 7 p.m.);
- do not drink at least twelve hours per day (my record without water and food is 48 hours);
- drink water, coffee, and tea, and eat eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts.
