I think that it is essential to possess the rhythm of daily life. Having such a rhythm is crucial to managing your vital energy properly.
If you have your rhythm, you can control your life easier. Thus, by having our daily flow of activities, it is we who control our life entirely. I will give you some of the examples. A few years ago, after work, I had been going to the swimming pool regularly. I was doing this activity for years, and it became my lifestyle. Can you imagine that I was able to swim practically non-stop (only with the stops for a pee) for one hour and forty minutes? Moreover, I was able to do that in more than thirty days in a row? For me, it is proof that we humans can develop a healthy rhythm of life.
For today (I was writing this post at the end of March 2018), I managed to develop my new rhythm of life.
The difference between old and new habits is the fact that the new one connects with Art. Of course, it is photography that excels in this activity. So how does the new rhythm look? First of all, I want to mention that giving up alcohol was the starting point to be able to do it. Since the beginning of March, I have been regularly waking up at 6 a.m. I start the day by writing the post. I do it practically every day, including the weekends. During the weekends, after writing the post, I go out for hunting. What does it mean exactly? I go to take photographs.
Thanks to that, till noon, I already have done all things connected with my passion.
During the second part of the day, I can focus, for example, on my lovely girlfriend, Kamila. When it is a working day, after writing the post, I go to the office. Yes, I am an accountant. Then, straight after work, I go out somewhere to take some photos or go back home to create the next blog post. Adding a blog post in the second part of the day is the combination of both the content and images. This is my new artistic workflow. Probably it will be changing a little bit during the holidays. But, I am sure that I will manage to continue this flow for as long as possible. Hopefully, until the end of my life.
