The water in Brok is colder than in Warsaw.

I noticed that the water in Brok is colder than in Warsaw in April 2021.

I wrote this text one year later, on the 22nd of May, 2022. I did it after a cold shower in my beloved parents’ house in Brok. When I am in Brok, I frequently aim to take a cold shower there. Why? The answer you will find in the title of this text. Water in Brok is colder than in Warsaw between spring and fall. During winter, the water temperature in both places is equally low. I love to take a shower. I suppose most people reading this text love to shower, wash their bodies, and refresh themselves. Still, since I started to take a freezing shower, including pouring cold water on my head, taking a shower gained new dimensions. For today, each cold shower I take is getting out of my comfort zone.

Indeed, every cold shower is a new challenge for me. Pouring freezing water on the body is a stressful activity.

In general, people avoid such things. Still, I have no doubt that this activity strengthens my mind, body, and soul. The more frequently I take a cold shower, the more I want it. I cannot imagine my life without pouring freezing water on my body. I suppose it is addictive. When I am in Brok, I always aim to take a cold shower because the water’s temperatures are lower. Thus, more endorphins and adrenaline appear in my blood. I merely feel it. The level of enthusiasm after taking a cold shower is excellent. While taking a cold shower, I feel a childish joy comparable to the one I have when I do street photography. That’s why I enjoy taking cold showers wherever I am. Whether in Brok or Warsaw, I pour freezing water on my body for my health and well-being.
