Is that mean that I plan to come back to eat during the whole day and take warm showers? Of course, not. Intermittent fasting and taking cold showers became a part of my lifestyle. Still, all these things do not mean that I do not have any problems, anxieties, or lousy moods.

It is impossible to get rid of all issues in one’s life. There will always be something we can improve or solve. It is impossible to not possess any anxieties and problems. Still, with art creation at the forefront, all things mentioned above can reduce many stresses in one’s life. Thanks to them, I have become a person who is less afraid of anything, I have much less stress in my life (because I do not feel it as much as earlier), and I have become more productive in everything I do, including my working as an accountant, taking photos, and writing texts.
I suppose that intermittent fasting and exposing one’s body to coldness could be called “life-bio-hacks.”
The astonishing thing is that we can improve our life, health, and well-being by possessing access to cold water. We do not need additional money to increase the level of our mood.
