I believe that every one of us is encouraged to think outside the box.
“Think outside the box” – we hear that almost all the time, e.g., in our workplace. Moreover, we can read a lot of articles written on the internet about it. We do this when we try to solve some personal or business issues. Even when we want to create something outstanding (for example connected with Art) we are sure that the best way to accomplish this task will be to analyze as many things as possible. But what means to think outside the box?
I believe that we all are a little bit misled regarding the word “thinking.”
For me, the key to succeeding in thinking outside the box is to stop thinking. Personally, if I want to be creative, originative, and productive, the best way to do that is to stop thinking and relax. It is the proper moment to take a walk (for example with a camera), rest (e.g., in your home) or do some workout (e.g., swimming). I am sure that it is the best way to gain some new, fresh approach to many issues.
When you need to solve some issues, and you do not have an idea of how to do that, try not to think about it.
Additionally, when I stop to think and start to do some things connected with relaxation, ideas keep coming to my mind. Relaxation can bring me a lot of inspirations. New ideas sometimes are just flowing to my mind, often somehow unconsciously. This practice works for me very well.
And you, my Dear Friend? Do you think outside the box?
