Nowadays, people avoid thinking about death.
I believe that humans tend to reject thinking about the final end. I live in Warsaw. It is the biggest city in Poland. While living and working here, most people do not have time to contemplate death. We see demise, murders, and fatal injuries mainly in movies. In cinematography, death is something usual. Actors are dying in the fictional plot in most films we watch. Most humans do not see cadavers often. I think that most people, including me, are unprepared for our own death and the final end of our beloved ones. Indeed, we cannot be ready for such events anyhow. There will always be a wrong moment to die. We should merely accept that death, sooner or later, will appear in the life of all of us.
While writing about all these issues, I gained new conclusions.
I believe that we should think more frequently about death. Why? Because when we do it, we realize that no matter what we do in our life, the final end will appear sooner or later. Going further, once we recognize, remind and accept that we will merely die, we should start to think of what profound thing we can leave for others and posterity. I chose to become an artist who can provide inspiration and incentives to my contemporaries and future generations. I became a creative therapist to help others survive in this complex world. People tend to comfort and cheer themselves up.
By aiding other humans, I believe that I somehow help myself.
It is not only the case of getting a good mood. If life after death exists, there is always a higher possibility that I may go to the Christian heaven, not hell. Whether life after death exists, I believe it is always worth helping others. It is always much better to see the smile on their faces rather than watch how they die. How do I hope to help others as a creative therapist? Here are some keywords:
- doing street photography;
- writing;
- doing intermittent fasting;
- exposing the body to cold by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in frigid temperatures.
