Three degrees Celsius.

On the 9th of October, 2021, I broke my personal record regarding walking in cold temperatures in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt. For almost two hours, I walked at the three degrees Celsius temperature (~37.4 degrees Fahrenheit).

I must write that I put on a winter cap, gloves, jeans, and autumn boots to be more precise. Still, on my chest, there was a t-shirt with the “Adammazek.com” signature that I proudly presented to other passers-by. Did they look at me in disbelief? Yes, of course! Did I care? No. Probably they thought that I got crazy. Still, I already wrote that perhaps, other people got crazy because cautious exposing the body to cold temperatures is suitable for human well-being.

Did I feel chilling cold while walking? Yes, I experienced it.

The key was that my body was warm. I wasn’t cold. Undoubtedly, a winter cap, gloves, and autumn boots helped me. During the fall and winter between 2021/2022, I do not plan to resign from these three pieces of clothes. I hope that I will be able to quit them in the future. I imagine myself walking in freezing cold, on Warsaw’s streets, with the www.adammazek.com t-shirt and short pants. Was walking in the three degrees Celsius temperature exhausting for me? No. Indeed, I felt that it was rather my usual, classic street walking. I was happy that I managed to walk when there is three degrees Celsius. I see it as my small success.

Moreover, I wonder what my lowest limit regarding exposing my body to cold temperatures is.

Remember, my Dear Friend, to not behave like me. Unless you do proper day-to-day training. How to train one’s body to be able to walk for almost two hours in a t-shirt only? I recommend taking freezing cold showers. Day by day and month by month, your body will get used to the great coldness. I recommend doing it for your health and well-being.
