The last time I realized that it’s been three years of preparations of “Diaries.”
I wrote this text on the 13th of August, 2022. It was a day when I reminded myself that I’d been preparing and publishing “Diaries” for three years. The first edition I published in September 2019. I realized how many things had changed throughout these years when I memorized it. It is not only the case that I’ve to change my job. The COVID-19 epidemic and war in Ukraine undoubtedly changed the world forever. Is that mean that these changed something regarding “Diaries'” preparations? Nope. I still do it and plan to do it until the end of my life. For today, I have published thirty-six “Diaries” editions.
Many people would say that it is a lot.
On the other hand, I would say it is only the beginning of my creative journey. In a post entitled “To dream aloud,” I wrote that I like daydreaming and clearly see that the Taschen publishing house will publish “Diaries” in the paper. Taschen has the highest quality in writing and publishing illustrations and photographs. Today, I want to stress that I allow them to edit my “Diaries” edition regarding texts’ editions and pages’ layouts. I believe that Taschen editors will know and “feel” what my books should look like. In my online editions, they will find inspiration to do it properly.
Does that mean I will commit suicide and stop publishing all my works? Of course, not. I plan to prepare “Diaries” until the end of my life. Undoubtedly, when Taschen editors read and analyze several hundred “Diares'” editions, they would realize they have excellent publishing material. Perhaps my children (whom I do not have yet) will sell the rights for publishing to Taschen or another publishing house. Ok, I will stop writing this text. We will go to the lake in Masuria with my beloved Kamilka.
