The more texts I write, the more I see I do not have a specific and favorite time to write.
Regarding writing, I always try to be like water. What does it mean? It means I always try to adapt to every circumstance. Usually, I write when I have twenty to forty minutes for myself. I wrote this text on the 11th of November, 2023. I did it after coming back from my quite long photo walk. I went to the Sadyba neighborhood in my Mokotow district. I made 14,000 footsteps. It was 8 degrees Celsius (46.4 degrees Fahrenheit). Of course, I walked in summer clothes, including the www.adammazek.com t-shirt and sandals (I did not have a winter cap and gloves). When I returned, I felt I had a refreshed mind, ready to write. It was my time to write.
Since I write regularly (May 2017), I’ve been writing for almost all periods of the day.
Sometimes, I woke up at 6 a.m. to write something straight out of my rested mind. Or, I did it at noon, e.g., during weekends. Frequently, my time to write was after my office job. In that case, I write in the evening. Sometimes, I write in the late evening or even at night during weekends or days off. I know many writers and bloggers have their own specific way of writing, and they also have their favorite time for noting.
In today’s post, I want to emphasize I do not have a favorite time, and I write when I have a little time to do it. As you can see, my Dear Friend, I do not have specific hacks to recommend regarding writing. I suggest writing straight out of your mind, forgetting about other people’s opinions and money, and writing as if you are the only one to read your thoughts, ideas, and insights.
