I wrote this text on the 9th of April, 2022. It was a day when I was doing street photography.
It was 9 degrees Celsius outside (48,2 degrees Fahrenheit). I wore summer clothes (the www.adammazek.com t-shirt, shorts, sneakers without a winter cap, and gloves). The temperature was moderate for me. The truth is that months earlier, I was walking in frigid temperatures (including a 40-minute walk at -9 degrees Celsius [15,8 degrees Fahrenheit]). That’s why it was not cold for me on the 9th of April, 2022. Still, it was not warm for me either. Why? Because during previous years I was walking on hot summer days. I must admit that I do not like strolling in hot temperatures. Still, I have no doubts that to appreciate cold; one must relish warmness, including scorching heat.
That’s why I cannot wait for warm or hot temperatures. I know that after walking in hot temperatures, I genuinely start to miss frigid ones. The more I write about all these aspects, the more I realize that I love every possible kind of temperature and weather.
The truth is that I already wrote that there is no bad weather to do street photography.
I started doing conscious and regular photos on Warsaw’s streets in October 2015. Within these last seven years, I experienced all possible weather conditions. The more I think about it and the more I realize it, the more I want to do it. I am confident that my enthusiasm to do street photography will stay strong. How happy I am that I live with my beloved Kamilka and that my health allows me to walk and take photos on Warsaw’s streets. I hope that I will be able to continue it until my death.
Moreover, I hope that neither health issues nor war prevents me from doing it. Ok, I will finish writing this text. I will take a cold shower to appreciate cold.
