The more I expose my body to cold, the more I feel I am touching the Universe at a deeper level.
I wrote this text on the 15th of December, 2022. I know I am monotonous. Still, I feel I am rediscovering myself, my body, mind, and soul by walking in frigid temperatures. When I think of it, a state of euphoria appears in my mind. Undoubtedly, cold exposure is something most people should do. The more I do it, the more I realize it is not me who is crazy about walking in summer clothes in freezing temperatures. I think that people who do not experience it are crazy. When I see people wearing thick and warm winter coats, scarves, hats, boots, and gloves, hiding from cold, and being afraid coldness can touch them, I feel sorry for them.
I believe we should remain open for cold, pain, and inconvenience. It makes us stronger.
Without all these things, there is no broadly defined development. It makes us feel like we touch the Universe at a deeper level. If you are afraid, my Dear Friend, of cold exposure. Still, I recommend starting with cold showers if you want to do it. Remember that fear makes things look twice as bad as they are. It is cliche, but it is simply true. A similar issue is with intermittent fasting. For many people, fasting would be something similar to a disaster. When most of us hear “not eating,” we see starving people from the Auschwitz-Birkenau German-Nazi camp or dying from starvation children from Africa. Indeed, these pictures are horrible. Still, by fasting, we won’t die of hunger. Contrary, we will feel much better. I won’t write here:
