Two degrees Celsius.

December 18, 2022 by Adam Mazek

How happy I am that I, once again, broke my personal record regarding walking in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt in cold temperatures. On the 10th of October, 2021, I walked in two degrees Celsius.

In one of my previous posts, I wrote that I broke my record on the 9th of October, 2021, when there was three degrees Celsius. I often noted that I try not to pay as much attention to numbers as many people do. Still, regarding exposing my body to cold temperatures, I am curious about my body’s limits. That’s why I plan to write about breaking my personal records regarding this case. I am merely proud that I can walk in a t-shirt in two degrees Celsius (35,6 degrees Fahrenheit). To be more precise, I must admit that I was walking in a winter cap, gloves, and autumn boots.

The truth is while I was walking on the 10th of October, there was hoarfrost on cars’ windshields.

When I was breathing, the steam was coming out of my mouth. It was a moment when I felt that I was alive. Of course, people were staring at me like I got crazy, but the truth is that my mind was very focused and sharp. I have no doubt that those freezing cold temperatures improve the capability and working of my mind. Exposing the body to cold temperatures improves the circulatory system and slows down the body’s aging.

Moreover, the level of adrenaline boosts in blood, and the state of euphoria appears in my mind and soul. I hope that my romance with coldness will last until the end of my life. I do not see any reason to stop taking cold showers and walking in a t-shirt in freezing temperatures. Speaking shortly: I hope that I will soon break my record by walking in colder temperatures than two degrees Celsius.
