This text won’t be about the Beatles’ awesome song, “It’s getting better.” Undoubtedly, it’s getting better regarding my website’s SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
I wrote this text on the 16th of January, 2023. It was a day when I googled the “Warsaw Street Photography” phrase. For the first time in my life, the picture from the www.adammazek.com blog appeared in the third row, counting from above. It means that when one writes the phrase mentioned above, my image will be one of the first to spot and explore. As proof, I attach the print screen of how it looked (picture from the 16th of January, 2023). Do I write for Google? No. I write for you, my Dear Friend, for future generations and myself.
Positioning my website is not the ultimate aim of my blogging activity.
I write and publish posts to express myself. I want to share as many ideas as possible. Even if I know I sometimes do not have anything special and profound to communicate, I still do it. For me, it is the process that counts. Still, when I notice Google positions my website better monthly, I know that, undoubtedly, it’s getting better. It is improving regarding the possibility that my website will become popular during my lifetime. It is not the ultimate goal of my website.
I do not need to be popular.
On the other hand, I do not see anything wrong in creating posts that would be Google-friendly. I’ve never been so high on Google before. Do I plan to do anything special with it? No, there is nothing to celebrate at all. What I plan is to continue doing everything you see on this website, my Dear Friend. Street photography was and probably will be the core of my creative activity until the end of my life. I hope you also have a lifelong project.
