The more I write about the war in Ukraine, the more I realize that I have monothematic tendencies.
Practically all posts that I wrote since the Russian invasion in Ukraine (it happened on the 24th of February, 2022) were about war. I wrote this text on the 22nd of March, 2022, and it is no exception. Undoubtedly, I have monothematic tendencies regarding writing. In posts I wrote earlier (I still haven’t published most of them), I wrote many times about intermittent fasting, cold showers, and exposing the body to cold by wearing summer clothes (with the www.adammazek.com t-shirt at the forefront) in frigid temperatures.
I do not have to mention that I wrote and published hundreds of posts about broadly defined Art.
Still, I am not surprised that my thoughts are escaping from the creation process towards the destruction that Russians do to Ukrainians. It is hard to think about anything else when I think my neighbors are being killed by the fucking Putin’s army. Putin degraded himself and his country to one of the lowest possible levels. I know that Russia is an enormous country, and they can be self-sufficient. Still, I have no doubts that their economy will merely decrease due to sanctions that Western countries implemented against Russia.
I can imagine that Russians will eat vegetables and fruits they will manage to breed in their home gardens.
That’s why Putin and Russia already have lost the war. Even if they manage to destroy Ukraine’s infrastructure, they won’t break the hearts and spirits of Ukrainians. The latter will get help from the Western countries in rebuilding their homeland. Russia will become addicted to China, and I imagine that, perhaps, Russia will become the Middle Kingdom’s vassal. I keep my fingers crossed for all who support Ukraine and that Ukrainians will win sooner than later.
