I sincerely believe that Russians cannot succeed in war in Ukraine.
I wrote this text on the 10th of March, 2022. The fucking Putin’s army did not conquer the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. The biggest city they managed to capture is Kherson. I am afraid that after two weeks of battles and bombarding, among others, the Ukrainian civilians, the Russians want to merely destroy as much infrastructure as possible and kill and scare civilians. Perhaps, it is the only way how they can harm Ukraine. Undoubtedly, Russians cannot succeed. This war is already lost for them. Putin is being compared to Hitler by millions of people from all over the world. It is not an accident. It is Putin that becomes a Nazi of the XXI century. He and his aggressive Russian fellows thought they would capture Kyiv within three days without fights.
Still, now the whole world sees that the beginning of the war is terrible for the Russian army from the military point of view.
Even if they capture the entire Ukraine, there is no possibility to hold it for a long time. Sooner or later, the Russian would have to step back from the ruined country. Then, Putin will realize that sanctions implemented by the Western countries on Russia would slowly kill its economy. I hope that Putin and the subsequent Russian president reigning after him won’t have enough funds to start another military campaign.
Moreover, I am convinced that they would not capture Ukraine.
I hope that the Russian country will slowly begin to collapse economically. I heard that usual Russians should not be the victims of sanctions. The truth is that I can’t entirely agree with it. What could tell us, people – mothers with children whose families were killed, their houses were bombarded, and they had to flee to Poland? Why did Ukrainians become Putin’s victims? I hope Putin will go to hell for everything he has done to innocent people. There is no place for such aggression. Undoubtedly, Russians cannot succeed in a war they started.
